If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the merchandise within 30 DAYS of the purchase date. All products must be in their original condition and include all tags. NOTE: Due to health concerns, items that have been opened and/or tried on are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return/Exchange Instructions:

  1. 1. Complete the Customer Return/Exchange Sections on the form provided within your shipment, and make a copy of this form for your records
  2. 2. Repack the item in a suitable box or bag and include the completed Customer Return/Exchange Form
  3. 3. Please call 2XIST.COM Customer Service at 1-877-597-5827, to obtain a prepaid mailing return label or send it back using your own method.
  4. 4. Drop your return package in a FedEx Drop Box or other location if chose your own method.

 

If you obtain a prepaid return label you can track your return package at www.fedex.com/us, using the tracking number on the label to be provided.

2XIST.COM will not be responsible for any lost returns for which the customer cannot provide proof of delivery.

RETURNS: Use the prepaid label and a flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

EXCHANGES: Use the prepaid label and only pay shipping one way! There is no charge for the items being re-shipped to you, but you will be charged $7.00 for return shipping with the label. NOTE: If you paid via PayPal and would like to exchange, please note that you will be contacted for billing information in order to process and complete the exchange.
