How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns of items purchased from 2XIST.COM only, and for orders shipped within USA. We will only accept returns of item that have not been worn, used, washed, or altered. Returned items must be received with original packaging and all tags intact.

To make a return:
1) Visit 2XIST.COM/returns to begin a return request and create a return label.
2) Print your pre-paid shipping label (or have one e-mailed to you).
3) Drop your sealed package at the nearest FedEx or USPS location.

After receipt of return shipment, allow up to five business days for a refund to be issued (on the original method of payment).
If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
Items marked as “Final Sale” may not be returned. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if there’s an issue with my 2XIST.COM order?
If you received an item that is incorrect or damaged during shipment, please call 2XIST.COM customer service at 877.597.5827. If a replacement item is available, we will ship it to you at no extra cost, and request for the damaged item to be returned using a free, pre-paid shipping label.

What payment options does 2XIST.COM accept?
2XIST.COM accepts the following forms of payment for USA-based orders: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and 2XIST.COM e-gift cards. Please note that any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Does 2XIST.COM charge sales tax on all orders?
2XIST.COM will charge sales tax on items as required by local law. Tax rate is based on final delivery address. Currently orders shipping to New York and California are subject to all local and state sales taxes. Sales tax is not added on the purchase of 2XIST.COM e-gift cards. However, items paid by 2XIST.COM e-gift card are subject to applicable sales tax.
How can I track my 2XIST.COM order?
To track your order without logging in, visit our Track Your Order page and enter your email and order number. If you have an account, you may log in and track your order in your order history.
How do I cancel or change an order?
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be altered or canceled. Once you receive your order, follow our steps here to create a return request.
